1. First Click Here to start the download process.
2. Click Open or Run.
3. Let the program downlaod. This is a good point to check how fast your internet is. This will give a good idea how fast files will be transfered back and forth when viewing. We recommend 30KB/Sec or higher for best results.
4. If another warning dialog box comes up, click Run or Open.

5. Wait for the installer to pop up, sometimes it will hide behind the web browser window if you have clicked on it since. Minimize your web browser to check if you do not see it within 15 seconds after it finishes downloading. On the following screen, click on the Next button.

6. If this install is on a computer with multiple people logging on and off of it, be sure to check EVERYONE, and then click Next.

7. Click Next.

8. Click Close as the install is complete!

11. Find the ATSI Transcription icon that was placed on your desktop during the installation and double-click on it. If this is an upgrade install, you can stop here as you are complete. If not, then please continue below.

12. If this is your first time Installing the software you must enter your license information for the software to function. Click Ok to the following prompt.
13. Enter the COMPANY ID that is assigned by your Transcription Manager. It is case-sensitive and must be exact.
Also enter your License number. This is also case-sensitive and must be exact. If you get a license error, then you have entered it incorrectly, correct and try again.
A good way to avoid mistakes is by copy-pasting if you recieved the information in an e-mail.
Enter your Foot Pedal Type. If you are not sure, then pure USB (NO adapters) should be 7, all else, please go here to find out: Foot Pedal Troubleshooting.
Enter the number of Pause Backup Seconds that you wish the software to jump when the audio is paused.
Speak to your Transcription Manager to indentify the correct Download Max.

14. Once the configuration is complete you should be able to login!

15. If your Download or Upload modules refuse to connect to our servers, please add them to your firewall software to be allowed access to the internet.
At this point, contact your Transcription Manager for further instruction.
