Setting up Outlook Express for ATSI E-mail

1. Open up Outlook Express. This can be found in Programs/All Programs when you click your START button.

Pay attention to what the icon looks like. Outlook Express uses a white and blue icon like the one shown below.

2. At this point type in your name as you would like it to appear to people who recieve messages from you.

Click Next when finished.

3. In this next box type in your full ATSI E-mail address (ex: jsmith@atsi-inc.com).

Click Next when finished.

4. Here input server information.

Please choose POP3 as shown below and enter for both mail servers the following entry: mail.atsi-inc.com

When finished click Next.

5. Enter your username and password here as shown below.

Please DO NOT use @atsi-inc.com in your username, this will cause the mail to not work.

6. Click Finish, but you are not done yet.

7. Inside of Outlook Express, at the top of the window click Tools, and then Accounts.

8. Click on the Mail tab at the top of the Internet Accounts window.

Choose the correct account and then click the Properties button.

9. Click on the Servers tab and at the bottom of the window you will see "My server requires authentication"

Check it , click Apply, and then click OK.
