Installing Customer Viewer

1. First thing to do is Click Here to start the download process.

2. Click Open or Run.

3. Let the program downlaod. This is a good point to check how fast your internet is. This will give a good idea how fast files will be transfered back and forth when viewing. We recommend 30KB/Sec or higher for best results.

4. If another warning dialog box comes up, click Run or Open.

5. Wait for the installer to pop up, sometimes it will hide behind the web browser window if you have clicked on it since. Minimize your web browser to check if you do not see it within 15 seconds after it finishes downloading. On the following screen, click on the Next button.

6. If this install is on a computer with multiple people logging on and off of it, be sure to check EVERYONE, and then click Next.

7. Click Next.

8. Click Close as the install is complete!

11. Find the ATSI Customer Viewer icon that was placed on your desktop during the installation and double-click on it.

12. At this point enter the Username and Password provided by ATSI or your company.
