Installing Audio Collector v6 w/Dictatphone

Begin to download the software.

Once the install has started follow the directions below.

1. Choose Open or Run depending on what OS you are using and follow the install below.

2. This is a good time to check your download speed. A speed of 30KB/s or more is recommended for best results. A 300KB file (2min audio file) should take about 10 seconds to send at that speed.

3. Click Run or Open.

4. Click Next.

5. If multiple people will be using this software while logging on and off, be sure to check the EVERYONE box.

6. Click Next.

7. Type in your Customer ID and then click OK. Do not skip this step or your files will not go to the correct processing location on our server.

If you are not sure about this step, please contact ATSI for your ID. Have a dictator or company name ready for reference.

8. Click Close as the install is complete!

9. Note the new ATSI icon on your system tray. The software runs on a 10 minute timer, however you can right-click on this icon and click Transmit Now to force it to connect and send the files.
