The application has been moved to the .NET 2.0 SP1 platform. 2. You must now have .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 to install and use the software which is available from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx? familyid=79BC3B77-E02C-4AD3-AACF-A7633F706BA5&displaylang=en 3. A number of classes have been installed to the local application path to ensure interoperability for other MT-World applications. These are not registered and may be removed in later releases. 4. Encryption has been forced for all connections. If these secure connections are blocked at the firewall, the software will fail to connect and will stop functioning completely. 5. *The software requires two firewall objects to not be blocked: - Outgoing-only SSL-encrypted communication to 64.18.196.131:1433 - SFTP-SSH-encrypted communication to IP 64.18.196.131:22 GUI CHANGES: 1. Search fields have been wild-carded at beginning and end to help ease record searching. You no longer need to use the * character when searching. 2. Drag-Highlight has been disabled - Users must use Shift and Ctrl keys to multi-select entries from the report listing. 3. Edit Menu items have changed: - "Send to Server No-Archive" has been replaced with "Save" - "Send to server Archive" has been replaced with "Save & Archive" - "Sign" has been replaced with "E Sign & Save" Edit Menu Definitions: Close - Close current document then move to next or to report listing Save & Archive - Saves changes and moves report to next status Save - Saves changes with no change to status E Sign & Save - Electronically sign report and move to next status Exit - Close all documents being edited and returns to report listing 4. Report listing icons have changed. 5. Output options now only allows you to select the default printer. 6. Support for 800x600 display size has been removed - you must use the software under the resolution of 1024x768 or higher to see all buttons/content. BUG FIXES: 1. Comments match when the report listing is sorted from it's original view. 2. Paging has been set to start at 700 entries instead of 300 - we recommend staying under 700 entries as paging is based on Job ID and may make it difficult to locate a report. We suggest using search to filter your results. 3. Legacy code which caused a number of abnormalities has been removed during the platform conversion. NOTES: 1. If the temporary files are cleared while the software is in-use, the user must exit the software and log back in to ensure no errors occur during document manipulation. 2. Read-only on folder C:\ATSI\Viewer\ will cause the software to not work. 3. Port 22 blocked will cause the software to be unable to retrieve reports. 4. Outbound port 1433 traffic being blocked will cause the software to not login correctly. 5. During install on Windows 2000 computers, you may receive a message about comcat.dll. Please click OK and continue with the setup - it will not affect the software. KNOWN ISSUES 1. New GUI Icons - present icons are place holders 2. This application has undergone heavy testing, however it has undergone a platform change as well. If you locate any bugs, please forward to our support department. ~ Thank you *Please contact technical support for firewall questions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8-15-2008 5.3.2 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Resolved Error 9 on Windows XP computers. Addressing a Windows Update. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2-27-2007 5.2.7 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Addressing Windows XP security updates. 2. Addressing Windows Vista UAC settings and Office 2007. 3. Enchanced column sorting. *Notes: This viewer supports Windows Vista with UAC enabled under a default install method. However if security settings are tightened beyond default, this cannot be guarenteed any further. If this is the case, you may need to run the software in Compatibility Mode set to Windows XP SP2 and make sure the system's built in firewall is not blocking the viewer. Office 2007 has been tested lightly with this version of the Customer Viewer. No known bugs exist, however with security updates, this might not remain the case. If you find a bug or a strange interaction, please e-mail it to support@atsi-inc.com with the subject "CUSTOMER VIEWER OFFICE 2007 BUG". ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12-7-2006 5.2.6 Changes (5.2.6.2) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. We have changed the software to reflect current Windows Security Updates. 2. We have fixed an issue in the Archive search feature that would not allow some clients to search by patient name or MRN. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12-6-2006 5.2.6 Changes (5.2.6.1) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Removed Archive message from both close and exit features when viewing or editing a document when you try to back-out without saving changes. Now the user will be prompted with a message stating all changes will be lost Yes/No. YES - Closes document, discards all changes and returns user to list view NO - Returns user to the document 2. New demographic option added in the Document Edit feature: Accession. This will allow you to change the Accession number of a document. When this item is changed, it will change all fields in the document and the information on the server. This includes fields in the Header and Footer of a document. 3. New list view change. The list will now do a pure read against the database. This should greatly reduce deadlock messages and reduce timeout error messages 4. Modified the update of demographics in the document when changed in Edit mode. Information in the header and footer, as long as it has been left as a field, should now change as well as the information in the body of the document. This only affects field codes, not manually typed information. When possible, please use the demographic boxes and do not remove the field codes. 5. Additional option: Disable server verify. This option is now available once you log in to the viewer. Click on Options, then near the bottom, you can disable this by un-checking the box. Keep in mind once you do this, the software will not automatically update server address information if it were to change. 6. New: CAPS Lock message to indicate if the CAPS Lock key has been enabled. This message is located directly before the login/password boxes. 7. MSI Package: You will need to remove any previous MSI versions before installing this new version. 8. An Install Shield version should be available by 12/15/2006 9. Version 5.2.5 and older will be retired on 1/31/2007 and no previous version will be available for download. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11-15-2006 5.2.5 Changes (5.2.5.2) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. A new MSI installer is available for the version 5.2.5 Customer Viewer Application. Please use this for Windows Vista installs. Note: Once you install the MSI version, you cannot install an upgraded MSI version in the future unless you remove the previous. This has been implimented for version control reasons. This may change in the future, however not soon. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9-1-2006 5.2.5 Changes (5.2.5.1) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Addressing Microsoft security patches. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8-2-2006 5.2.4 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Addressing Microsoft security patches. 2. Version changed to address version clarification problems with 1 client. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8-1-2006 5.2.3 Changes (5.2.2.2) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. E-Mail interface has changed to resolve a conflict with Microsoft Outlook XP and higher after a security update. The previous version would hang before sending the e-mail message. We have bypassed the OLE interface and open our own. At this point this version of the e-mail can only access a local Windows Address book, not an Exchange contact list. This e-mail interface also supports adding a password to the file. Just indicate the password you would like the file to have at the bottom of the new e-mail interface and all attachments will be sent in a passworded zip format. 2. Added support for communication on a port other than 80. By adding 1433 to the end of the command line in the shortcut for the program, it will force the software to speak on port 1433. This will not change the way that files are sent and recieved, this is still on SFTP port 22 due to security concerns. Screenshot: http://www.atsi-inc.com/DOWNLOADS/viewer/1433.gif 3. Fixed a problem where more than 300 reports being displayed could cause the paging mechanic in the software to fail. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7-1-2006 5.2.2 Changes (5.2.2.1) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Addressing Microsoft security patches. 2. Version not changed. We did not change the version due to the fact we did not feel that enough changes were made to require such action. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6-1-2006 5.2.2 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Addressing Microsoft security patches. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5-1-2006 5.2.1 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Customer Viewer version has been updated to 5.2.X. 2. Due to a drastic network change, the way the software communicates to our servers has changed. This is in the form of a communication settings file called IC.DAT that resides within the program folder itself. It is encrypted and cannot be modified by hand due to security requirements.
