Refresh - Now will correct refresh after 1 minute. 2. Date sorting has been refined. 3. Faster response time when refreshing or displaying record listings. 4. Fixed a problem where paging would not enable correctly if the screen size was changed while viewing a record listing. 5. Updated how the Distribution information is pulled from the system to greatly increase performance for the viewer listing screen. Known Issues: 1. If Summary report is selected in the options and no summary report exists on the server, the application will hang while trying to print or e-mail. We will work on this in a later release. 2. Sorting only works on currently displayed records. Once paged, the next set of records are considered part of the displayed records and will be sorted. 3. Job numbers are sorted as a number instead of text - this will be improved in a later release. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4-27-2009 5.5.0 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. E-mail component updated ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4-5-2009 5.4.2 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Distribution information now available. 2. Check Servers feature has been modified and the option selection has been moved to the login GUI area for the next few releases to help with client server moves. 3. Check Servers feature will now check primary servers for connections, if refused, it will attempt to connect to secondary servers. If a connection is made, it will then update it's communication file with the correct information. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3-1-2009 5.4.1 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- SOFTWARE CHANGES: 1. UI Misspellings during .net conversion have been tracked down and fixed. 2. E-mail SMTP for select customers have been fixed, documents should now send as intended. Also the sender's name is now located in the subject line to avoid Outlook sender memory binding to the SMTP account used to send the records. 3. Work Types are now validated against customer data. Invalid work types are no longer allowed to be applied. 4. Save options are no longer available for Archived documents. 5. MS Word error handling has been improved. We are looking into replacing it as an editor. More information at a later date. 6. A new option has been created. This can be located in the Options menu: Display Waiting Approval in Ready - Display Waiting in Ready - Display Waiting in Waiting Only This new option will let the login decide whether or not Waiting for Approval documents are displayed at the Ready screen. 7. Color coding that was lost after sorting has been fixed. It should now retain colors after returning from a document or sorting the list. 8. Sorting has been improved. The list will now resort the entire contents of the list when a paging event occurs. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9-26-2008 5.4.0 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- SOFTWARE CHANGES: 1. The application has been moved to the .NET 2.0 SP1 platform. 2. You must now have .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 to install and use the software which is available from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx? familyid=79BC3B77-E02C-4AD3-AACF-A7633F706BA5&displaylang=en 3. A number of classes have been installed to the local application path to ensure interoperability for other MT-World applications. These are not registered and may be removed in later releases. 4. Encryption has been forced for all connections. If these secure connections are blocked at the firewall, the software will fail to connect and will stop functioning completely. GUI CHANGES: 1. Search fields have been wild-carded at beginning and end to help ease record searching. You no longer need to use the * character when searching. 2. Drag-Highlight has been disabled - Users must use Shift and Ctrl keys to multi-select entries from the report listing. 3. Edit Menu items have changed: - "Send to Server No-Archive" has been replaced with "Save" - "Send to server Archive" has been replaced with "Save & Archive" - "Sign" has been replaced with "E Sign & Save" Edit Menu Definitions: Close - Close current document then move to next or to report listing Save & Archive - Saves changes and moves report to next status Save - Saves changes with no change to status E Sign & Save - Electronically sign report and move to next status Exit - Close all documents being edited and returns to report listing 4. Report listing icons have changed. 5. Output options now only allows you to select the default printer. 6. Support for 800x600 display size has been removed - you must use the software under the resolution of 1024x768 or higher to see all buttons/content. BUG FIXES: 1. Comments match when the report listing is sorted from it's original view. 2. Paging has been set to start at 700 entries instead of 300 - we recommend staying under 700 entries as paging is based on Job ID and may make it difficult to locate a report. We suggest using search to filter your results. 3. Legacy code which caused a number of abnormalities has been removed during the platform conversion. NOTES: 1. If the temporary files are cleared while the software is in-use, the user must exit the software and log back in to ensure no errors occur during document manipulation. 2. Read-only on folder C:\ATSI\Viewer\ will cause the software to not work. 3. Port 22 blocked will cause the software to be unable to retrieve reports. 4. Outbound port 2433 traffic being blocked will cause the software to not login correctly. 5. During install on Windows 2000 computers, you may receive a message about comcat.dll. Please click OK and continue with the setup - it will not affect the software. KNOWN ISSUES 1. New GUI Icons 2. This application has undergone heavy testing, however it has undergone a platform change as well.
