The problem with not being able to re-upload files even when tagged and set to a downloaded status has been resolved. This was due to the lack of forced casing of the login name when the MT downloaded the file. 2. When loggin in as a Medical Transcriptionist, the login screen no longer displays the Quality Assurance settings. 3. Error #0 when downloading a file for the first time after installing Transcription when not under QA has been resolved. 4. Now when trying to download if the person that logged in has no account authorizations, a message will be displayed stating so. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10-15-2005 4.6.4 Changes ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Document converts Transcriptionist codes in an invisible state when updating. The screen will no longer flash. This should enhance the performance of most Transcriptionists using integrated or slower video cards. If you would like to observe changes to a document before uploading, you will have to use the Update Document option under Demographics in the Main Menu. 2. Large changes in the configuration file screen. No more default username, FTP settings, or Database location. Configuration has been changed to reflect changes made to help improve usability of the software. 3. Included is a speed enhancement for updating documents with demographic information. This code has been thoroughly tested and in some cases has increased performance by up to 45 seconds per report. We plan to roll out more of these enhancements in the future. 4. Enhanced Upload error message capture. Be on the look out for messages that contain the format: Report# - cannot be deleted due to XXXXX 5. Upload now removes read-only status on MP3 before moving or deleting them. This update is an attempt and removing MP3 files in the current activity that remain behind after a file is completed. This update is one part of a multi-part update to remove MP3 files from the Current Activity folder after sending to upload. 6. Multi-Step Generated errors for some clients should now be gone. 7. Error #0 error when downloading files with no MP3 file has been addressed and resolved. 8. Deletion of MP3 files should now be working correctly when queueing reports for upload or sending to QA. 9. New Options: Main-Menu command "Support". This option appears next to the "Return to Word" command at the top of the Transcription window. With sub menus of mark blank, find first blank, find next blank, remove current blank, and remove all blanks. This will give MT’s and QA’s a way to mark hard to understand audio. The user presses mark blank and our software holds the current audio location and cursor location and prints to the cursor location “[_______]” or brackets with seven underscores in between them.
